Professionals/Agency: As a member of The Serious Fraud Panel we can work with you on cases where the LSC require intervention by a panel member firm. We will co-operate fully and confidentially with you to ensure your client is represented to the same standards you would expect.
Agency: Where you have geographical constraints we will represent you in prosecution or defence work. We will provide the highest level of competence in our advocacy on your clients’ behalf in the Magistrates’, Crown and County Courts.
We will represent your clients at interview in police stations throughout West Yorkshire, day or night.
We will provide same day reporting by email or fax and will adhere to legal aid rates where appropriate. |
